Our 10:30am morning tours can be booked up until 10pm on the previous day while the 2pm and 3:30pm afternoon tours can be booked up until 1pm on the same day. Please note that pre-booking is essential.

Begin your journey with the acclaimed 2-hour Kilkenny Medieval Mile Tour, a guided exploration through the city’s ancient streets, castles, and cathedrals, led by local historian Brian Hogan, who brings centuries of history to life with knowledge, wit, and charm. After discovering the secrets and stories of Ireland’s best-preserved medieval city, you’ll be welcomed into the historic Kyteler’s Inn—established in 1324—for a delicious 3-course meal, from the Medieval Mile menu, in an atmospheric setting steeped in lore.

The experience is rounded off with a live demonstration of traditional Irish dancing, adding a lively and authentic cultural touch to an already memorable day.
